I Purchased this unit for the solar feature but found the battery will not hold a charge unless it is plugged into the car charger, Callers have a hard time hearing me due to background noise to the point I had to stop the vehicle and take the call on the cell phone, not much point in having a bluetooth if this is the normal operation, Returned unit to Canada drive safe and was told there was nothing wrong with the unit, When the unit was returned to me I tried it, callers still complain about not understanding me due to background noise, if there is nothing wrong with the unit then this is a piece of nice looking useless equipment, Clara from Canada drive safe tries to help but will not let me talk with the techs who checked the unit, I do not recommend this unit at all due to problems I am having and the lack of product support 1/10
